Description

You will manage fund-level financial modeling, investor due diligence, and post-close reporting for proprietary funds, with opportunities to support multi-investor and club funds. Your work ensures compliance with operating agreements and accurate capital account tracking.

Requirements

• Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation, LIHTC experience highly desirable
• CPA designation preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy with complex financial data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years experience in similar position

Responsibilities

• Manage fund-level projections and investor due diligence workflow through closing
• Perform quarterly updates to property and fund-level projections, focusing on capital accounts and investor IRR
• Manage quarterly fund financial statements and assist with monthly corporate financial statements
• Review fund and partnership operating agreements, record transactions, monitor capital contributions
• Coordinate fund audits, tax returns, and investor K-1 preparations
