You'll lead end-to-end product design for an AI-first platform managing drug development regulatory workflows, collaborating closely with product and engineering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for a dedicated product area from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squad on strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design direction.
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience contributing to or owning a design system in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and designing AI-driven features.
• Experience designing complex, data-rich workflows in technical or regulated industries.
