Description

You will lead technical partner engagements with Stripe's AMER bank partners, managing integrations, performance, and operational excellence. You'll drive cross-functional alignment and serve as the primary technical contact for key financial partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical partner/account management or operations within payments/fintech
• Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments with understanding of payment technologies
• Strong technical judgment for service and software integrations
• Proven track record managing medium-to-large scale technical projects
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and operational contact for key financial partners
• Manage partner technical integrations and onboarding with internal teams
• Define and monitor partner health and performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive reliability and product efficiency
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation plans
