🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles across DACH.
- Analyze and optimize recruiting KPIs with data-driven decisions.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advise on strategy.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and structured selection processes.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience, ideally in tech-driven firms.
- Proficiency with recruiting KPIs like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rate.
- Expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured selection.
- Excellent communication in German and English.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby, Lever, or Personio ATS.
- Background in employer branding concepts.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
