🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles across DACH.
  • Analyze and optimize recruiting KPIs with data-driven decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advise on strategy.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and structured selection processes.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience, ideally in tech-driven firms.
  • Proficiency with recruiting KPIs like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rate.
  • Expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured selection.
  • Excellent communication in German and English.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby, Lever, or Personio ATS.
  • Background in employer branding concepts.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
