You'll lead AI-native product design at Pipedrive, a cloud-based CRM trusted by over 100,000 companies. You'll shape the future of intelligent user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes through design strategy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a cohesive 0-1 product and design strategy aligned with AI-native vision
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data to define AI-driven user experiences
• Champion user research and rapid experimentation to validate AI behaviors and trust
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4-5 product designers

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design
• 5+ years leading and managing design teams
• Proven track record of shipping zero-to-one products
• Deep understanding of AI-driven capabilities enhancing workflows
