Description

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work side-by-side with national security partners to understand their missions, and architect, build, and deploy custom solutions using the Rhombus Power AI platform. You will be a hands-on software generalist across DevOps, frontend, and backend, while acting as the primary technical consultant.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or data engineering
• Demonstrated experience as a software generalist across DevOps, frontend, and backend
• Customer-facing experience including requirement gathering and solution presentations
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Work with intelligence partners to understand missions and data workflows
• Design, develop, and deploy tailored software solutions using the Rhombus Power AI platform
• Write, test, and maintain production-grade code across full stack (DevOps, backend, frontend)
• Provide technical consultation and serve as liaison between customer teams and product engineering
• Troubleshoot issues in live operational environments and travel to customer sites for deployment
