You'll be the first Clutch employee customers meet when picking up or selling a vehicle, delivering a hassle-free experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll inspect vehicles and complete paperwork, ensuring every customer has a unique, positive interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service at vehicle appointments
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues
• Complete customer paperwork accurately
• Maintain detailed notes in customer tracking system

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Valid G Driver's License in Ontario
• 3 years of clean driver's abstract

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years automotive industry experience
• Valid OMVIC License
• Experience with warranty products
