• Lead and mentor a videographer and video producer
• Direct in-house productions: social videos, commercials, campaigns
• Translate ideas into shot lists, storyboards, production plans
• Set standards for colour grading, sound, pacing, and visual clarity

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in video production with diverse showreel
• Strong leadership experience guiding small to mid-sized teams
• Expertise as a director, cinematographer, and visual storyteller
• Deep knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and on-set workflows
