You'll work directly with customers in an outsourced role, performing financial system administration and financial analysis within the Planning and Performance solutions. You'll drive high-quality utilization and adoption of Strata's platform while managing project budgets and timelines. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset within a well-established business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within Planning and Performance solutions.
• Perform detailed analysis and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations.
• Partner with customers to support tool adoption and develop process workflows.
• Develop service proposals for customer engagements using standard service offerings.

📋 Requirements

• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience in healthcare finance.
• Experience creating and maintaining financial models and templates.
• Direct experience with Strata applications such as Operating Budgeting and Management Reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
