You'll lead the sales organization across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth for Qualtrics' Experience Management platform. Your core impact is closing large strategic deals and mentoring a team of ~30 Account Executives. This role offers unparalleled executive visibility as the senior leader in the ANZ region.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a team of first-line sales leaders and ~30 AEs
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic clients
  • Lead complex contract negotiations as executive sponsor
  • Implement skill training and manage talent acquisition and retention

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of individual SaaS sales experience in ANZ
  • At least 5+ years managing a SaaS sales team in ANZ
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales processes and Salesforce.com
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly team quotas

  • Experience in multi-stakeholder sales motions
  • Deep expertise in Experience Management or similar solutions
