Description

You will oversee the manufacturing lifecycle of advanced defense technologies, working cross-functionally to drive efficiency, manage schedules, and mitigate risks. Your role is critical in translating prototypes to scalable production and changing defense capabilities globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• 5+ years experience in operations program management in defense, aerospace or complex hardware
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Experience launching new products with condensed timelines
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Monitor project budgets and track progress to improve bottom line
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment
• Coordinate between commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and leadership teams
