• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on org design and employee relations
• Coach managers on building high-performing teams and talent development
• Deliver engagement surveys and develop action plans for retention
• Lead performance management processes and talent reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HR generalist or BP roles
• BS degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Experience supporting a large hourly population
• Strong employee relations experience
