Description

You will lead an Assembly Section team to achieve safety, quality, continuous improvement, and production goals. You'll support lean manufacturing, drive problem-solving, and manage daily operations. Your role is crucial to launching new models and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills
Collaborative mindset with ability to interface across all levels
Strong knowledge of assembly operations and continuous improvement systems
Experience with quality systems, throughput, and product/process launch
Ability to work any shift and support overtime

Responsibilities

Lead Assembly Section team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale objectives
Support production processes and implement Scout Production System standards
Drive problem solving and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
Conduct daily start-up meetings, write schedules, and review KPIs
Manage resources for lean projects and monitor launch curves
