💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of low-touch customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and driving retention outcomes through AI-powered automation and data-driven outreach. This role reports to the VP, Customer Success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full renewal lifecycle for 200–300 accounts under $20k ARR
• Design AI-assisted outreach workflows using Claude, Gainsight, Apollo, Salesforce
• Engage customers in English and French at 90, 60, 30 days before renewal
• Maintain accurate forecasts and identify at-risk accounts

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in renewals or customer-facing role
• French language proficiency (business fluent)
• AI tools experience (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
• Salesforce CRM experience and spreadsheet proficiency

• Gainsight or similar CS platform experience
• Apollo or outreach sequencing tools experience
