Description
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for OneTrust's Customer Experience portfolio in North America, including Professional Services, Partner Services, Premium Support, and Customer Success Packages. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partners to integrate capabilities into scalable sales motions, driving measurable customer success and revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years in services, sales, or customer success in SaaS
- Proven experience selling services and success packages with product-led sales
- Demonstrated success leading or building a quota-carrying services sales team
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers with complex use cases
- Financial and operational acumen to manage multiple revenue streams
Responsibilities
- Drive customer outcomes through strategic positioning of CX offerings aligned to customer goals
- Align CX offerings with customer size, maturity, and use case complexity
- Partner with Product Sales teams to balance product capabilities and service delivery
- Build scalable, value-based selling motions for the customer lifecycle
- Manage performance across CX revenue streams including pipeline, attach rate, and margin
