You will use your deep expertise in Polish linguistics to train and evaluate advanced language models. You'll analyze model outputs, document errors, and improve training data to enhance AI's understanding of Polish. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, more accurate AI for Polish speakers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Polish language, linguistics, or related field
• Deep knowledge of Polish phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics
• Experience with linguistic analysis projects, teaching, or peer-reviewed publications
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze language model outputs for errors in phonetics, morphology, syntax, etc.
• Document failure modes and provide reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
