You'll serve as a trusted identity coach for Auth0 customers, guiding them to achieve their objectives through technical guidance and best practices. You'll build lasting relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level executives and drive customer value. This role focuses on identity solutions for well-known brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted Identity Coach guiding customers on identity solutions
• Conduct quarterly executive business reviews and technical meetings
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and escalations
• Collaborate to increase adoption and uncover growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in information technology
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
• Experience consuming APIs and HTTP request methods
• Understanding of SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services
