💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy machine learning models spanning classical ML and generative AI at Inovalon's central AI hub. Your work will improve clinical and operational outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. You'll collaborate with a distributed team on a modern AWS stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, train, and deploy classical ML and generative AI models.
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Own the full Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC).
• Develop Python-based ML components for product platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development with ML fundamentals.
• Expert-level Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience deploying classical ML models with scikit-learn.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or agentic applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Database technologies (SQL or NoSQL) and data pipeline tooling.
• Frontend development skills for full-stack ML work.
• Healthcare domain experience or HIPAA-regulated environments.
