🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and improve donor and entity user experiences.
• Lead technical execution of large, cross-team initiatives.
• Break down initiative-level work across multiple epics.
• Mentor multiple team members and foster inclusive culture.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• React and TypeScript for frontend features from discovery to deployment.
• Ruby on Rails to make API changes carrying features to completion.
• PostgreSQL and GraphQL for efficient data models and APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC/JWT authentication patterns.
• Exposure to microservices or micro-frontend architecture.
• Familiarity with Node.js/Express.js or Kubernetes.
