You'll act as a high-level advisor to technical leaders at Wing, driving talent strategy for autonomous drone delivery. Your core impact will be translating roadmaps into long-term recruiting plans for Supply Chain and Hardware Engineering. This role stands out for its focus on niche domains and complex compensation packages.

• Consult with Supply Chain and Hardware Engineering leaders on talent strategy.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles including managerial and specialized positions.
• Architect sourcing strategies to build high-conversion pipelines.
• Orchestrate offer negotiations involving equity structure and competing offers.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience scaling advanced Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Hardware organizations.
• Track record of partnering with VP-level technical leaders.
• Mastery in managing complex compensation packages.
