๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the enablement motion for the Startups team, building training, content, and programs that help reps win. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and drive real revenue impact. This role reports into GTM Enablement and sits at the center of Brex's most dynamic business segment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and execute sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content including playbooks, battle cards, and competitive plays
  • Develop and track metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product to align on priorities and messaging
  • Support onboarding programs for startups new hires

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Forward thinking about how AI will change Enablement and sales operations
  • Experience selling to or enabling sellers targeting finance/accounting teams
  • Intermediate understanding of B2B payments and risk management
