Join Aya Healthcare's Data Operations team to design and build large-scale data infrastructure and pipelines on Azure. You'll collaborate with client engineering teams, ensure data quality and performance, and contribute to innovative data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 2+ years experience in cloud data architecture, design, and governance
• Strong experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, and Synapse
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with big data processing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka on Azure

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and warehouse quality and performance issues
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines from diverse sources
• Collaborate with client engineering teams on data structures and integration requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative ideas
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance via Azure policies and encryption
