🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide interim leadership in accounting, grants, purchasing, and fixed assets.
• Partner with campus leaders to assess processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, interim reports, and financial statements.
• Support compliance with state and federal grant requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading finance functional areas at a college or university.
• Experience configuring Ellucian Banner ERP for finance divisions.
• Experience as a finance business analyst with Banner ERP in higher education.
• College degree required (Master's preferred).

• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with grants and research accounting.
• Master's degree or higher.
