Description

As an Applied AI team member at Anthropic, you will act as a Pre-Sales architect, helping federal civilian agencies understand and integrate Claude into their technology stack. You'll combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to architect innovative LLM solutions, guide customers from discovery through deployment, and contribute insights back to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, TAM)
• Experience with US federal agencies
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures
• Familiarity with Python and LLM frameworks

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as technical advisor during Claude adoption lifecycle
• Support customers with Claude Code, API, and Enterprise
• Create and deliver technical content for varied audiences
• Guide technical architecture and integration decisions
