🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in all aspects of production to meet financial and customer requirements.
• Inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes.
• Handle material types issued to production and track project timelines.
• Ensure manufacturing tools and equipment function properly.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Experience in wire harness production or aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
• Working knowledge of soldering, wire crimping, and testing equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO:9001 or AS:9100 quality standards.
