💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to eliminating hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role offers the chance to contribute to a mission-driven company that donates meals to Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
