🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead capability testing on test aircraft with engineering teams
• Develop and drive flight test processes for preparation and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans
• Execute flight tests and generate analysis and deficiency reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years direct experience with experimental flight tests
• Graduate of a recognized test pilot school or program
• Knowledge of fixed wing aircraft flight dynamics and control

• Experience with Linux, git, and Jira
• Experience with flight controls product development and testing
