You'll manage AV technology and provide support for office, remote events, and executive conferences in a remote-first hybrid environment. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality AV experiences for Twilions globally, leveraging the latest tech trends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain AV equipment for office and event spaces
• Provide technical support during meetings, conferences, and events
• Collaborate with event organizers to determine AV requirements
• Plan and execute remote events including webinars and live streaming
• Provide executive-level support at industry conferences

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience with AV and events software like Zoom, Google Meet
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification or similar
• Working knowledge of industry standard equipment (Crestron, Neat, Logitech, etc.)
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for events

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Apple Certified Support Professional or Microsoft equivalent
• Advanced AVIXA certifications (CTS-D, CTS-I)
