💼 About This Role

You'll join the Skydio Product Support Engineer team for an 8-10 week internship, assisting with root cause failure investigations and triaging technical customer escalations. You'll collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product quality and support processes. This role offers practical insights into how IoT products are designed, built, and supported.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with customer failure analysis triage for drones and docks.
• Identify product failures requiring engineering or manufacturing changes.
• Support proactive product quality initiatives with customers.
• Build analytics dashboards in Databricks to inform decision making.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic software development knowledge (C++, Python, Cloud VMs, Databricks/SQL).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network architecture for WiFi and 5G LTE.
