💼 About This Role

You'll oversee financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and control measures for Hidden Road's OTC and BVI entities. You'll manage intercompany accounting and digital asset accounting in a fast-growing crypto company. This role stands out for its focus on offshore entity governance in a complex multi-jurisdictional structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle monthly/quarterly/annual financial close for OTC and BVI entities
• Prepare entity-level and sub-consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation accounting
• Maintain BVI entity books and ensure statutory compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation
• Experience with offshore holding structures and intercompany accounting
• CPA or equivalent qualification

• Experience with digital asset accounting (e.g., ASC 820, ASU 2023-08)
