Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver ophthalmic clinical trials on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs. You'll create project plans, track progress, and mentor junior team members while acting as the operational hub for interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements

• Experience managing clinical projects, preferably in ophthalmology
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and SOPs
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience with budget and timeline management

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver clinical trials in compliance with regulations and SOPs
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reviews
• Serve as operational focal point for interdepartmental groups (stats, data management, safety, etc.)
• Review protocols, source documents, and CRFs
• May manage department staff including CPMs and Clinical Trial Associates
