You'll serve as the primary legal resource for managing strategic partnership contracting and supporting corporate development initiatives. You'll negotiate a wide range of agreements and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact contracting strategies in a dynamic remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain databases for vendor and partnership contracts

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at major law firm
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements considering legal and commercial factors
