💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate delivery of foundational technology services as the strategic bridge between centralized Infrastructure/Data divisions and client-facing teams. You'll drive a culture of excellence using DORA metrics and incident management to ensure services are scalable and reliable. This role requires alignment with CET timezone hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads using DORA metrics.
• Align centralized platform roadmaps with client-facing division requirements.
• Maintain SLAs/SLOs and lead incident response and post-mortems.
• Ensure deployment practices meet regulatory standards with documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in engineering-led organization using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Specific experience managing delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data, or Platform Engineering).
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Deep understanding of incident management and maintaining service levels.
