You'll lead logistics execution and material movement for a high-speed aircraft manufacturer as they stand up new factories. You'll oversee production coordination and inventory teams across multiple LA-area sites, defining processes to deliver fast planes fast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own inbound and outbound logistics including receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Stand up warehouse infrastructure and implement SOPs and ERP systems.
• Supervise logistics technicians and drive accountability to safety and schedule.
• Track key metrics like dock-to-stock time and inventory accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in logistics or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of direct team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking.
