Description

You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Westford, Groton, Fitchburg, Leominster, Boxborough and surrounding towns. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Medicare Certified Home Health experience required
