💼 About This Role

You'll own the Predict product end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution to make it a core driver of Sword's AI Care Platform. You'll run Predict's operating system, drive P&L, and lead cross-functional teams to embed Predict into platform strategy. This role combines product leadership with business ownership in a high-growth health tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Predict.
• Lead planning cycles and establish weekly, monthly, quarterly execution cadence.
• Own the Predict P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI trade-offs.
• Build and scale two product pods with clear accountability and delivery quality.
• Operationalize data access from claims, prior auth, Rx, and real-time feeds.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in product, strategy, operations, or general management.
• Proven end-to-end ownership driving outcomes from strategy through execution.
• Strong financial and operational acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI design.
• Experience building and scaling teams with strong people leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare data flows: claims, prior auth, and Rx data.
• Proven ability to build growth engines with personalization and trigger-based outreach.
• Track record of building 0→1 initiatives and scaling them into durable operating models.
