You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance FPGA systems for electronic trading, owning the RTL design process and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance FPGA compute and networking systems for electronic trading
• Own RTL design process from specification through FPGA implementation
• Partner with design verification engineers on test plans
• Lead and mentor junior engineers
• Improve development processes, tools, and methodologies
