💼 About This Role

You'll join Archer to fabricate and test composite structures for an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. You'll support development test campaigns from layup through post-cure processing and NDI. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge aviation technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate and inspect safety-critical composite structures
• Support development test campaigns for flight hardware
• Operate prototype lab equipment (CNC mills, lathes, routers)
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and test anomalies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE/ME or equivalent experience
• 12+ years hands-on aerospace manufacturing or MRO experience
• Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with data acquisition systems and signal conditioning

✨ Nice to Have

• Demonstrated expertise in composite structure fabrication
• Experience operating a prototype shop (CNC, manual mill/lathe, waterjet)
• Composite process certification (e.g., Nadcap AC7118)
