Description
As a Territory Account Executive, you will spend 80% of your week in the field, leading your market with disciplined in-person execution. You'll run a full-cycle sales motion, build relationships, and help local businesses grow through Square's ecosystem of software and hardware.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle field sales experience
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with business development, hunting, and cold calling
- Reliable transportation and reside in the market
- Collaborative and team player mindset
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of the week in the field, walking territory and driving 50–60 targeted business visits weekly
- Run full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generate leads, deliver demos, close deals
- Build trust-based relationships with local sellers and partner cross-functionally for seamless onboarding
- Develop a high-velocity pipeline through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, events, and partnerships
- Maintain operational rigor in Salesforce: track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
