💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role is key to ensuring fans get their favorite merch at a iconic pop culture retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
