You'll own account-based marketing strategy and lead multi-channel campaigns targeting construction decision-makers. You'll design personalization systems at scale using AI tools and partner with the GTM team to turn data into pipeline.

  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs from strategy through activation.
  • Build personalization systems at scale using AI-assisted copy and segmentation.
  • Develop creative multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, video).
  • Own lead generation strategy and identify net-new account targets.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on campaign performance metrics.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in GTM, demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing role
  • Proven experience running account-based marketing programs that generate meetings
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for personalization and dynamic copy
  • Strong copywriting instincts for cold emails and LinkedIn messages

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to construction or field-service industries
  • Experience with short-form video or Loom-style outreach
  • Familiarity with direct mail platforms like Sendoso or Postal.io
