💼 About This Role

You'll join the Workspace team at Aircall, building the primary frontend interface for our flagship products using React and TypeScript. You'll design and deploy resilient, performant services integrated with customer business-critical tools, while enabling other feature teams to ship value autonomously.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement solutions end to end.
• Design solutions and be accountable for their execution.
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the team.
• Stay current on new technologies and architectures.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in frontend development.
• Proficient in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with TypeScript and Websockets highly valued.
• Strong sensibility for UI and UX.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL APIs (Apollo Client).
• Familiarity with TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query).
• Experience with real-time streams (Pusher/WebSockets).
