Description

You will lead psychoeducational and skill-building group sessions for clients with complex behavioral health needs, using an evidence-based curriculum. This fully remote role focuses on group facilitation mastery within a supportive team environment, driving meaningful client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in mental health or related field (MSW, Counseling, MFT)
  • Reside in Oregon and legally eligible to work
  • Proficiency in DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI and experience in intensive treatment settings
  • Ability to work with diverse populations ages 8-64
  • Reliable high-speed internet and telehealth facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate 28 hours of group sessions weekly using Charlie Health's curriculum
  • Review and master assigned curriculum for various age groups and cohorts
  • Foster client engagement and a camera-on culture in virtual sessions
  • Attend collaborative Treatment Team meetings and bi-weekly Group Supervision
  • Complete client documentation within 24 hours meeting state and Joint Commission standards
