💼 About This Role

You'll design and build features for Life360's partner ecosystem and developer platform, working with agentic workflows and Claude Code as a first-class collaborator. You'll help codify AI-native engineering practices and build systems that scale to tens of millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-quality features integrating third-party data and systems
• Work with AI (Claude Code) as a first-class collaborator in daily workflow
• Help define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the Foundry team
• Build across full stack to ship experiences to tens of millions of users

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Comfortable with containerized deployments
• Familiarity with AI agentic workflows
