You will design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to align pay practices with organizational strategy, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum ten years of progressive compensation experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS (preferably ADP)
- Experience conducting market pricing and job evaluations
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead design, evaluation, and administration of base pay, incentive, and bonus programs
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture frameworks
- Develop salary structures, pay grades, and market pricing methodologies
- Conduct market analyses using salary survey data and provide recommendations
- Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations
