🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate records in ATS
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience in government contracting
- Experience recruiting for IT and corporate infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proven full lifecycle recruiting across multiple requisitions
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Familiarity with recruiting for security clearance positions
- Experience with Lever ATS
