🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate records in ATS

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in government contracting
  • Experience recruiting for IT and corporate infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proven full lifecycle recruiting across multiple requisitions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Familiarity with recruiting for security clearance positions
  • Experience with Lever ATS
