You'll lead a team of Commercial Account Executives at Navan, driving revenue in the travel expense management space. Your core impact is breaking into new territories and scaling pipeline generation. This role reports directly to the West Director of Commercial Sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Recruit and manage a team of 5-7 Commercial Account Executives
  • Instill pipeline generation practices for quality conversions
  • Accurately forecast and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Coach team through full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager in technology
  • 2+ years as an AE individual contributor in Commercial/Mid-Market
  • Proven experience recruiting and developing top talent
  • Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment
