📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR, or Recruiting Coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Experience maintaining CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
• Professional English communication skills
