Description

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment to scale our engineering organization, including product engineering, DevOps, data engineering, and new machine learning teams. You'll partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while contributing to our mission of expanding access to life-saving behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, 2+ full-cycle engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
• Expertise in sourcing tools like Gem, with data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build productive relationships
• Experience partnering with stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment process with high-quality candidate experience
• Interview candidates for role fit and serve as primary point of contact
• Act as recruiting consultant on hiring strategies and sourcing initiatives
• Establish communication flows with stakeholders via meetings, email updates, and reports
• Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
