💼 About This Role

You'll partner with clients to drive successful adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions by leading the people components of transformation. You'll develop and execute change management strategies that align stakeholders, build organizational readiness, and accelerate cultural shifts. This role offers the chance to work with major cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and Azure at a remote-first global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute change management strategies for data and AI initiatives
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders
• Design communication, training, and adoption programs
• Support expansion of Advisory practice through content and thought leadership

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a hands-on Change Management Consultant leading transformation programs
• Proven organizational change management toolkit across strategy, assessment, training, and metrics
• Experience designing change solutions for digital, data, analytics, and AI transformations
• Ability to translate technical change into people impacts for diverse stakeholder groups

✨ Nice to Have

• Solid literacy in cloud/data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
• Familiarity with change frameworks like Prosci ADKAR or ACMP/CCMP
• Relevant professional certifications strongly preferred
